These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of Olivia & James Charleston, located in Charleston, and reachable at support@oliviajamesco.com.
1. Applicability
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy.
2. Product Information
We do our best to describe products accurately and keep information up to date. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Typographical or pricing errors may occur; no rights can be derived from such errors.
3. Ordering & Payment
Orders are only processed after full payment has been received. Available payment methods (Stripe, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) may vary. Customers are responsible for checking which methods are available in their region.
4. Processing & Delivery
• Processing time (dispatch): 1–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery time after dispatch: 7–20 business days, depending on your location.
• Orders are shipped directly from our international supplier. Import duties or customs fees may apply depending on your country.
• Stated timeframes are estimates. Delays due to peak seasons, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle the customer to cancellation or a refund.
5. Returns & Cancellations
Please refer to our separate Return Policy for full details. Cancellations after an order has been placed are not possible. A refund or chargeback may not be opened before the item has been received.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if tracking indicates that the package was delivered to the address provided. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question. Please always verify your shipping address carefully.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, photos, logos, design) is the property of Olivia & James Charleston and may not be used without prior written permission.
8. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted in writing to support@oliviajamesco.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days. For complaints regarding size or quality, please always include clear photos and a written description.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where Olivia & James Charleston is established. Where mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide you with stronger rights, those rights are not affected by this clause. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless applicable mandatory law requires otherwise.
