We strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.
2. Delivery Time
After processing, the estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on your location. Please keep in mind that delivery may be delayed during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs procedures.
3. Shipping Method & Origin
To minimize waste and reduce our carbon footprint, we ship directly from our international supplier. Depending on your country of delivery, import duties or customs fees may apply. Our fulfillment partners include USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
5. Tracking — Customer Responsibility
• The customer is responsible for monitoring their tracking code via our website or the link provided by email.
• Please check whether your package will be delivered to your door or held at a pickup point, and collect it there if needed.
• If delivery is taking longer than expected or something seems off, please always email us first at support@oliviajamesco.com rather than opening a chargeback or refund request.
6. Delivery Responsibility
• If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility passes to the customer.
• Please double-check your address carefully. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@oliviajamesco.com.
